Delivery & Shipping Policy

Orders containing multiple products may be packaged and shipped separately in order to offer you the fastest shipping times possible.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time:
    • All orders are sent to our supplier for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed and payment is received.
    • The supplier and the postal carrier process the orders, which takes an additional 1–4 days.
  • Shipping time:
    • This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our supplier to the destination.
    • Once an order is either completely or partially fulfilled, a shipping notification with the order’s shipping info will be sent to the order’s affiliated email.
    • After processing and leaving our supplier, U.S. & Canada delivery orders usually arrive within 7-14 business days and are shipped by United Parcel Service of America, Inc.
    • Please allow up to 30 business days for delivery to a U.S. or Canadian address
  • Tracking an order:
    • An order’s tracking info can be reached by viewing the order either by clicking the “View your order” button in shipping info emails or by viewing the order through your account on our website.
    • To see the tracking status either click the tracking number hyperlink while viewing the order or copy and paste the tracking number into our website’s tracking page which can be found under the home navigation.
    • Estimated delivery will be available when your package reaches a UPS carrier near you. Scheduled delivery dates are not 100% guaranteed and orders may arrive a few days later.  

Currently, shipping of orders to countries other than the U.S. and Canada is not available. International shipping of orders is being established and will be available in the near future. We apologize for this inconvenience and we appreciate your patience.
